Today I took a few students to the new dinosaur exhibit at the Natural History Museum. We had a great time admiring "Thomas" who is the largest of the 3 tyrannosaurus rex skeletons that are part of the only growth trio of t-rex dinosaurs in the world! The boys had a great time looking at all the dinosaur artifacts, feeling dinosaur bones, and practicing excavating bones on the really cool touch screens. We also got to visit the Butterfly Pavilion and admire beautiful butterflies. It was a great day and when it came time to go home we found we weren't quite ready...
