Tonight I made empanadas. Jessica has a cool new tupperware tool that folds the empanada and makes the cool ridges! As this was my first time I had a few difficulties. First, I was in a big hurry, which never makes cooking fun. Second, I made my own dough which is fine but added to the craziness. Third, I filled them too full so most of them split open and oozed...like this one is doing. But, all in all, they tasted good! I look forward to making them better next time!
