I never really had a problem with allergies...until I moved to LA. With the change in weather (and barometric pressure) comes the lovely sinus headache. Teaching, heat, and sinus headache are not a good combination so I keep a stash of these decongestants in my purse. Partner these with some ibuprofen and a little caffeine and, "I can see clearly now the pain is gone..." ;)
