After all the eating we did yesterday Mary and I decided we needed to do something today that involved exercise. So, we went on a hike! We went up to the Angeles National Forest just above La Canada Flintridge for this hike. It was a little hot and lacking in shade but we still had a good time! We also missed the left turn we were supposed to take to take the trail we were looking for so we ended up not really making it to our destination. Oh well! We'll make it next time, for sure! And, it was a great time catching up on life with Mary and I am thankful for that!
